Copy of Audit. Contractor agrees that a copy of audits performed shall be submitted to County no later than 30 days after completion of the audit report, or no later than 9 months after the end of Contractor's fiscal year, whichever comes first. The Contractor's agreement(s) with audit firms shall have a clause to permit access by County, state agencies, and/or federal agencies to the working papers of the external independent auditor.
Copy of Audit. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of the results of such audit within fifteen (15) days of its receipt by Tenant. No such audit shall be conducted if any other tenant has conducted an audit for the time period Tenant intends to audit and Landlord furnishes to Tenant a copy of the results of such audit.
Copy of Audit. As promptly as practicable following its completion, the Buyer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Parent a copy of the Audit.
