Copy of Transfer Certificate to Borrower The Agent shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after it has executed a Transfer Certificate, send to the Borrower a copy of that Transfer Certificate.
Effective Date of Transfer Certificate A Transfer Certificate becomes effective on the date, if any, specified in the Transfer Certificate as its effective date Provided that it is signed by the Agent under Clause 26.3 on or before that date.

Servicer Certificate Together with each Monthly Report, the Servicer shall submit to the Borrower, the Backup Servicer, each Managing Agent and the Administrative Agent a certificate (a “Servicer’s Certificate”), signed by a Responsible Officer of the Servicer and substantially in the form of Exhibit F, which may be incorporated in the Servicer Report. Identity of Transfer Agent Forthwith upon the appointment of any Transfer Agent for the Shares or of any subsequent Transfer Agent for Shares issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrants, the Company will file with the Warrant Agent a statement setting forth the name and address of such Transfer Agent.
Effective Date of Transfer Any assignment of a Limited Partner's Interest or Special Limited Partner's Interest pursuant to Section 12.1 shall become effective as of the first day of the calendar month in which the last of the conditions to such assignment are satisfied.
Notice of Transfer The Agent may deem and treat a Lender party to this Agreement as the owner of such Lender’s portion of the Obligations for all purposes, unless and until, and except to the extent, an Assignment and Acceptance shall have become effective as set forth in Section 10.06.
