Common use of Copy of Work Product Clause in Contracts

Copy of Work Product. Contractor shall, at no cost to the Department, deliver to the Department, upon the Department's request during the term of this contract or at its expiration or termination, a current copy of all Work Product in the form and on the media in use as of the date of the Department's request, or such expiration or termination.
