Copying/Reverse Engineering. In no event shall Distributor use, --------------------------- market or distribute Software other than as provided herein. Distributor agrees not to (i) disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer Software or otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, algorithms or ideas underlying Software, (ii) take any action contrary to Xxxxxx.xxx's Software License Agreement, except as expressly and unambiguously allowed under this Agreement, (iii) alter or modify Software, (iv) attempt to disable any security devices or codes incorporated in Software, or (v) allow or assist others to do any of the foregoing.

Copying/Reverse Engineering. AOL agrees not to (i) disassemble, decompile --------------------------- or otherwise reverse engineer the Advertiser Software or otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, algorithms or ideas underlying the Advertiser Software, (ii) take any action contrary to Advertiser's Software License Agreement, except as expressly and unambiguously agreed upon by Advertiser, (iii) alter or modify the Advertiser Software except as agreed upon by Advertiser, (iv) attempt to disable any security devices or codes incorporated in the Advertiser Software, or (v) allow or assist others to do any of the foregoing.

  • Reverse Engineering The Licensee shall not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the object code version of the Computer Program without the prior written approval of the Licensor.

  • No Reverse Engineering Licensee may utilize and study the design, performance and operation of Xbox solely for the purposes of developing the Software Title. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer or aid or assist in the reverse engineering of all or any part of Xbox except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Reverse engineering includes, without limitation, decompiling, disassembly, sniffing, peeling semiconductor components, or otherwise deriving source code. In addition to any other rights and remedies that Microsoft may have under the circumstances, Licensee shall be required in all cases to pay royalties to Microsoft in accordance with Section 6 below with respect to any games or other products that are developed, marketed or distributed by Licensee, and derived in whole or in part from the reverse engineering of Xbox or any Microsoft data, code or other material.

  • Engineering Network engineering handles the technical aspects of the project, resolution of problems escalated by the NOC, planning for future network expansion, and improving performance and process. Engineering interacts directly with AOL and the NOC.

Distributor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all samples and prototypes before, during, and after the Term; and Loaned Instruments. Within a reasonable amount of time following the execution of this Agreement, Distributor will loan up to 2 sets of Instruments to the Subdistributor. Thereafter, Distributor may, at its discretion, loan additional sets of Instruments to Subdistributor from time to time pursuant to this provision. Any Instruments loaned to Subdistributor pursuant to this provision are referred to as “Loaned Instruments”. Subdistributor shall be permitted, in turn, to loan the Loaned Instruments to Customers that have purchased Products for use in connection with the Products; however, such Loaned Instruments will remain the property of Distributor and may be retrieved and retaken by Distributor at any time. Orders for Products and Instruments Purchase Orders. Subdistributor shall submit to Distributor written purchase orders for the Products and Instruments it elects to purchase and distribute pursuant to this Agreement, which orders shall include: (i) a list of the Products and Instruments ordered, (ii) the quantities of such Products and Instruments, and (iii) precise instructions for packaging, invoicing and shipping.
