Copyrights, Patents & Licenses. Contractor represents and warrants that (i) all applicable copyrights, patents, licenses, and other proprietary or intellectual property rights which may exist on materials used in this Contract have been adhered to and (ii) the County shall not be liable for any infringement of those rights and any rights granted to the County shall apply for the duration of this Contract. CONTRACTOR SHALL INDEMNIFY THE COUNTY, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND INCLUDING EXPENSES OF LITIGATION, COURT COSTS AND ATTORNEY FEES FOR DAMAGES TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ALLEGED OR ACTUAL INFRINGEMENT OF EXISTING PATENTS, LICENSES, OR COPYRIGHTS APPLICABLE TO MATERIALS USED IN THIS CONTRACT.
