Period of Services. Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

Period of Services. This Agreement shall be applicable to all services authorized by LOCAL AUTHORITY and DEPARTMENT and accepted by CONSULTANT for the period stated in this contract subsequent to the effective date and completion date in Sections 12, 13 and 25. All authorized services shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, this Agreement may be extended, re-negotiated, or terminated pursuant to Sections 12 and 13.
Period of Services. County shall not be liable for costs incurred or performances rendered by Contractor before or after the term of this Contract.
Period of Services. 3.1 Unless otherwise provided on Exhibit A, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and continue until the Work is completed to the TOWN's reasonable satisfaction.
3.2 The CONTRACTOR shall proceed with the Work promptly after receiving Notice to Proceed and will diligently and faithfully prosecute the Work to completion in accordance with the provisions hereof. In any event, the Work shall be completed no later than the date set forth on Exhibit A. The CONTRACTOR acknowledges that time is of the essence of this Agreement.
3.3 If the CONTRACTOR is delayed in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement by the occurrence of an unforeseen event beyond its control such as fire or other casualty, abnormal adverse weather conditions, acts of God (collectively, "Unavoidable Events") which materially and adversely affect its ability to perform the Work, then the time for the CONTRACTOR to perform the Work shall be extended for such time as the TOWN shall reasonably determine is necessary to permit the CONTRACTOR to perform in light of the effects of the Unavoidable Event. If an Unavoidable Event occurs which, in the TOWN’s reasonable determination, makes the performance of the Agreement impossible without the expenditure of additional TOWN funds, the TOWN may, at its option, elect to terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice.
Period of Services a. the Work to be performed hereunder by the Contractor shall begin upon the date outlined to the City’s Notice to Proceed letter to the Contractor, incorporated into this Agreement as ATTACHMENT “B” and hereinafter referred to as "NTP”
b. The Work shall be completed in accordance with the Schedule, incorporated into this Agreement as ATTACHMENT “C” and hereinafter referred to as "Schedule".
c. Modifications to the Schedule may be required. Such modifications, which are mutually agreed upon by and between the City and the Contractor shall be incorporated by written amendment to this Agreement
Period of Services. Provided that Residence Hall space is available, the University agrees to furnish the organizing group bedroom spaces in a residence hall. Rooms for study periods, group activities, etc. are not available in the residence halls and are not included in the bedroom space agreement. The University reserves the right to assign multiple groups to each hall.
Period of Services. This Agreement between the Agency and Consultant is for a term of NUMBER OF MONTHS, beginning DATE and ending DATE, subject to the termination provisions herein.

Period of Services. 34 The ROMS services under this contract will cover PAMSIMAS II implementation during the period 2013 to 2016. There may be some follow-up activities required in the provinces and districts included in the original PAMSIMAS (PAMSIMAS I) but not included in PAMSIMAS II. It is expected that some members of the ROMS team will continue their engagement during the midle quarter of 2016 to support the CPMU and CMAC with end of project management and financial reporting. The overall assignment duration will therefore be about 36 months depending on the actual mobilization date. 34 No Change
