Common use of Coroner’s Inquest Clause in Contracts

Coroner’s Inquest. Members whose conduct is called into question in the course of an inquiry under the Coroners Act because of acts done in the attempted performance in good faith of their duties as civilian members shall be indemnified for the necessary and reasonable costs incurred in representing their interests in any such inquest.
