Corporal Punishment Prohibited. Corporal punishment of children in DCYF’s care or custody is prohibited. Corporal punishment is any act which willfully inflicts or causes the infliction of physical pain on a child. The Contractor, and the Contractor’s agents and employees, shall not administer corporal punishment to children served under this Contract.
