Corporate and Fictitious Names. Except as otherwise disclosed on Schedule 6.1(u), during the five-year period preceding the Agreement Date, no Borrower or any predecessor thereof has been known as or used any corporate or fictitious name other than the corporate names of the Borrowers on the Effective Date.

All trade names or styles under which any Borrower sells Inventory or creates Receivables, or to which instruments in payment of Receivables are made payable, are listed on SCHEDULE 7.1(V).
