Corporate Credit Ratings Sample Clauses

Corporate Credit Ratings. The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain a public corporate family and/or corporate credit rating, as applicable, and public ratings in respect of the Tranche B Term Loans, the Tranche B-1 Term Loans, the Tranche B-2 Term Loans and the Tranche B-3 Term Loans, in each case from each of S&P and Xxxxx’x.

  • Credit Ratings Use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain at all times (a) a credit rating by each of S&P and Xxxxx’x in respect of the Term Facility and (b) a public corporate rating by S&P and a public corporate family rating by Xxxxx’x for the Borrower, in each case with no requirement to maintain any specific minimum rating.
