Common use of Corporate Governance Standard for the Civil Service Clause in Contracts

Corporate Governance Standard for the Civil Service. As the Authority has its own Vote and Accounting Officer, it is required to prepare a Governance Framework in accordance with the Corporate Governance Standard for the Civil Service. The Authority’s Governance Framework, published in 2016, sets out the relevant arrangements in detail. The governance obligations set out in that document are associated with and referred to throughout this Agreement and will be reviewed as part of the overall monitoring process of this Agreement. The Governance Framework will be reviewed in 2020 and a revised version published and provided to the Department.
