Adherence to relevant Governance Codes and Standards. As a State body operating under the aegis of the Minister, GSOC is subject to a range of statutory and corporate governance obligations including the relevant requirements of the 2005 Act and other legislation, the aforementioned Code of Practice and other Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) codes, circulars and guidance documents. GSOC will ensure that the relevant obligations are complied with and the Department will satisfy itself of same through the reporting and monitoring arrangements set out in this agreement.
