Common use of CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. (i) The Adviser shall furnish for the use of the Trust office space and all office facilities, equipment and personnel necessary for servicing the investments of the Trust. (ii) The Adviser shall pay the salaries of all personnel of the Trust and the Adviser performing services relating to research, statistical and investment activities on behalf of the Trust.

(ii) The Adviser shall pay the salaries of all personnel of the Trust and the Adviser performing services relating to research, statistical and investment activities on behalf of the TrustMar Vista Portfolios.

(i) The Adviser shall furnish for the use of the Trust Fund, office space and all necessary office facilities, equipment and personnel necessary for servicing the investments of the TrustFund pursuant to this Agreement. (ii) The Adviser shall pay the salaries of all personnel of the Trust and Fund or the Adviser performing services relating to research, statistical and investment activities on behalf of the Trustpursuant to this Agreement.
