Corporation Obligations to the CMG. After sincere efforts have been made by the Parties to resolve a complaint, and prior to a grievance being filed regarding what services were contracted and which were performed, the Corporation will, upon the written request of a CMG staff representative, provide sufficient information to support that the work was done in accordance with the original services contracted for, where such information exists.
