Corporation’s Rights Preserved. The termination of this Contract and Contractor’s performance pursuant to this Section shall not affect any rights or remedies Corporation may have against Contractor, then existing or which may thereafter accrue. Corporation’s retention of payments due to Contractor shall not release Contractor from such liability.
