Common use of Correction of Deduction Clause in Contracts

Correction of Deduction. Deductions provided for in this Article shall be made during one (1) pay period each month. In the event a deduction is not made for any member during any particular month, the Employer upon written verification from the Association, will make the appropriate deduction from the following pay period in which dues are regularly deducted if the total deduction does not exceed the total of two (2) months regular dues. The Employer will not deduct more than two (2) months regular dues from a single pay of any member.
