Correction of Defective Work Before and During Warranty Period. A. In the event the Work, or any portion thereof, is determined during the Warranty Period to be defective, incomplete or to have been improperly performed, the CMR shall, within three (3) Days after written notice from the Owner, commence removal of all defective and deteriorated Work and materials and replace it at the CMR's expense with Work and materials in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents and shall complete all incomplete Work in accordance with the Contract Documents within a reasonable time period.
