Correctional Facility/ Parole Offices/ Personnel. NYSDOL will work with other New York State agencies relevant to the Project as needed to permit Intermediary and any Service Provider and their employees and appointed representatives limited access with an escort, free of charge, during normal business hours, and on reasonable notice to: Queensboro Correctional Facility, NYC parole offices and Rochester parole offices; parole officers having jurisdiction over the Treatment Population Members; and all records related to same (including computerized documents and data) necessary for the purposes of monitoring the Project, its efficacy and such other purposes related to the Project as Intermediary reasonably determines to be necessary. NYSDOL will also work with relevant New York State agencies as needed to have their employees provide such information, answers to questions and explanations as are reasonably required for these purposes within a timeframe and in a form that is mutually agreed between NYSDOL and Intermediary (subject to any applicable confidentiality requirements).

  • Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.

In the event that a Party invokes the dispute resolution provisions identified in Section 15 with respect to the transfer of Operational Control over a facility, such facility shall not be transferred while the dispute resolution process is pending except pursuant to Section 4.5.2.

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;

  • DESIGNATED PERSONNEL The Contractor will provide the Designated Personnel listed below for the duration of the Contract at no charge to the State. Information regarding the Designated Personnel is set forth in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. Contractor must notify OGS within five (5) business days if any of the Designated Personnel change, and provide an interim contact person until the position is filled. Contractor may submit a Designated Personnel change by submission electronically via e-mail of a revised Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information to the OGS Contract Administrator. The Designated Personnel must have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor: Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Contract Administrator The Contract Administrator is responsible for the updating and management of the Contract on a timely basis. Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the Authorized Users for matters relating to RFQs.

  • Authorized Representatives and Contact Information a. Mercy Corps: Only the following Mercy Corps employees are authorized to agree to any amendment of this Purchase Order and any related Change Order:

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Medical Facilities Space shall be designated to permit an ill or injured employee to lie down until disposition of need. Cots, beds, stretchers, or pads are acceptable for this purpose. Space shall not be used for a storage area or any other purpose that would make it unavailable for immediate use in rendering first aid care.

  • Independent Contractor; No Partnership; No Agency; No Utility Services 15.1 Company and Developer shall be independent contractors. This Agreement shall not be interpreted or construed to create an association, joint venture, agency relationship, or partnership between the Parties or to impose any partnership obligation or partnership liability upon any Party. No Party shall have any right, power or authority to enter into any agreement or undertaking for, or act on behalf of, or to act as or be an agent or representative of, or to otherwise bind, the other Party. This Agreement is not an agreement to provide or take utility services of any kind, including, without limitation, interconnection or other electric transmission services.

  • Telephone Access Employees shall be entitled to reasonable use of the client's telephone for local calls during the evening to speak with family members (i.e., spouse, children, dependants, parents). Employees may not receive personal calls on the client's telephone nor give out the client's telephone number. In the case of urgent personal calls to the employee, messages will be taken by the Employer and passed on to the employee as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency, the employee shall use the client's telephone to contact the appropriate authorities or the contact person designated by the Employer.
