Common use of Corrections of Software Clause in Contracts

Corrections of Software. As ForgeRock’s entire liability and Named Account’s exclusive remedy for breach of the warranty set forth in Section 8.1(b), ForgeRock shall, at no charge: (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to make a correction available to the Software; (b) replace the Software with conforming Software; or (c) after making all commercially reasonable efforts to provide the foregoing remedies, terminate the applicable license and refund the unused portion of any pre-paid Fees received by ForgeRock.
