Common use of Corrective Action Plan, or CAP Clause in Contracts

Corrective Action Plan, or CAP. A detailed written plan produced by Contractor at the request of the Client Agency to correct or resolve a Breach identified by the Client Agency in accordance with the Breach section of this Contract.
