Correctness of Inscription. A Niche Inscription Form or Tile Inscription Form will be provided by the Committee to be completed and signed by the Purchaser. Arrangements for the engraving, in accordance with the details provided on the form, will be made by the Church when the time comes. The Church and the Committee shall be responsible only for such errors in the inscription as might be made by the engraver in deviation from the information on the signed Inscription Form. Any errors made by the Purchaser or Purchaser’s Successor in completion of the form, leading to a mistaken engraving, are the responsibility of the Purchaser or Purchaser’s Successor and will be corrected at their expense.

Correctness of Inscription. An inscription order form will be provided in the Columbarium Packet, and shall be typed or printed in ink, and signed by the person or persons entitled to do so. Arrangements for the inscription, in accordance with the names and dates so furnished, will be made by the Committee. The Church and the Committee shall be responsible only for such errors in the inscription as might be made by the party doing the inscription which deviates from the name and dates as filled in on the signed inscription order form.
Correctness of Inscription. An Application for Interment of Cremated Remains (LH-105) will be provided by the Columbarium Committee to be completed and signed by the person(s) entitled to do so. This form will include information to be relied upon in engraving the face of the niche or the brass plaque. Arrangements for the engraving, in accordance with the names and dates so furnished, will be made by the Church.

  • Completeness of Content Licensor will inform Licensee and/or Participating Institutions of instances where online content differs from print versions of the Licensed Materials.
