Correspondence arising under the provisions of this Agreement except where otherwise provided, shall be in writing and shall be sufficient if sent by mail addressed, if to the Union, to the Secretary of Local 1090, and, if to the Corporation, to the City Clerk (with copies to the City Manager and the Director of Human Resources).
