Cost Allocation Across Line Items. Developer shall, in each Reimbursement Request, identify the specific line item within the Redevelopment Project Cost Allocation Budget as to which each Reimbursable Project Cost for which certification is requested is assigned. Subject to the provisions in Section 19.A. and Section 19.D.(4) herein, savings in the amount expended with respect to any specific line item in the Redevelopment Project Cost Allocation Budget for each Redevelopment Project Area may be re-allocated to another line item within said Redevelopment Project Area whereby the reimbursable amount under that line item shall increase by the amount re-allocated to that specific line item.

To the extent Developer achieves savings in the Total Project Costs as shown on Exhibit F and as reduced by costs associated with the Public Project Improvements, the amount of Total TIF/CID Reimbursable Project Costs as shown on Exhibit F and as reduced by costs associated with the Public Project Improvements shall be reduced proportionally so that the ratio of Total Project Costs to Total TIF/CID Reimbursable Project Costs remains constant.

  • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%).
