Cost Control and Accounting. 1 Prepare and update the Construction Cost and cash flow forecasts in accordance with the Project budget as specified in Article A-3 of the Agreement – DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT or otherwise agreed with the Owner. .2 Develop, implement and maintain a system of Project cost control and accounting. .3 Advise the Owner and the Consultant on the variances between actual cost and Construction Cost Estimate. .4 Provide reasonable assistance and information to permit recovery of all tax rebates where applicable. .5 Provide recommendations to the Owner for necessary changes to maintain the Project budget and Project schedule.
