Cost of reporting Clause Samples
The 'Cost of reporting' clause defines which party is responsible for bearing the expenses associated with preparing, submitting, and maintaining required reports under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the reporting party or the recipient will pay for costs such as compiling financial statements, regulatory filings, or compliance documentation. By clearly allocating these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes over financial responsibility and ensures that reporting obligations are fulfilled without ambiguity.
