Cost of Tender Document. All Bidders except Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) as defined in MSE Procurement Policy issued by Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) or Department or Startups as recognized by Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP) on submission of a valid registration certificate as per the Government of India rules are required to pay the cost of Tender Document as mentioned in Section-III, Clause 8 of Data Sheet through RTGS.
