Cost of Tools and Equipment. ABB shall provide its personnel with the normal tools for providing the Services. Further tools, equipment, measuring and testing equipment and materials shall be invoiced to the customer. The duration of use shall be calculated from the day the items are dispatched from ABB's premises until their return. Tools and equipment, measuring and testing equipment and materials retained by the customer shall be invoiced to the customer at the replacement value. Transport and insurance costs and all expenses, levies and fees in connection with the import and export of tools and equipment, measuring and testing equipment and material shall be borne by the customer.
