Cost Plus Proposal Contents Sample Clauses

Cost Plus Proposal Contents. The Contractor will not include any costs in the Cost Plus Proposal that are not allowed pursuant to Exhibit E or another part of this Agreement. If the Cost Proposal utilizes an employee whose Prevailing Wage classification is greater than the Prevailing Wage classification normally required to do the applicable Work, the Contractor must provide a detailed justification for the selection of the more expensive employee. For example, if Contractor uses a plumber, whose prevailing wage is $78/hour, to perform services usually provided by a landscaper, whose prevailing wage is $30/hour, the Contractor must provide justification for selection of that employee. If the Project Manager disagrees with the justification provided, the Contractor will utilize a less expensive employee.
