COST RESPONSIBILITY RATIOS. 10.1. The Cost Responsibility Ratio for General Facilities shall be calculated by Operating Agent for the purpose of allocating costs to Connecting Participant for operation and maintenance associated with General Facilities. Such Cost Responsibility Ratio shall be calculated in accordance with the methodology set forth in Attachment B.
