Common use of Cost Savings Clause in Contracts

Cost Savings. After the Project has been accepted by the Sponsor and Authority as complete, any positive difference between the cost, as listed in Exhibit A to this Agreement or approved by the Authority pursuant to Section 1.2, and the total amount invoiced to the Authority shall revert to the Measure A program for re- programming by the Authority on other eligible projects.

Cost Savings. After the Project has been accepted by the Sponsor and Authority as complete, any positive difference between the cost, as listed in Exhibit A Attachments to this Agreement or approved by the Authority pursuant to Section 1.2, and the total amount invoiced to the Authority shall revert to the Measure A program for re- re-programming by the Authority on other eligible projects.
