Maintenance Agreement The parties will abide by the terms of the Maintenance Agreement including the capacity to dispute the classification in accordance with the Maintenance Agreement (Information Appendix C).
SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT 3.1 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services by the Supplier to the Authority and to Other Contracting Bodies.
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.
Interconnection Agreement On or before December 31, 2015, Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an Interconnection Agreement with the Transmission Owner in order to effectuate the WMPA. Wholesale Market Participant shall demonstrate the occurrence of each of the foregoing milestones to Transmission Provider’s reasonable satisfaction. Transmission Provider may reasonably extend any such milestone dates, in the event of delays that Wholesale Market Participant (i) did not cause and (ii) could not have remedied through the exercise of due diligence. If (i) the Wholesale Market Participant suspends work pursuant to a suspension provision contained in an interconnection and/or construction agreement with the Transmission Owner or (ii) the Transmission Owner extends the date by which Wholesale Market Participant must enter into an interconnection agreement relative to this WMPA, and (iii) the Wholesale Market Participant has not made a wholesale sale under this WMPA, the Wholesale Market Participant may suspend this WMPA by notifying the Transmission Provider and the Transmission Owner in writing that it wishes to suspend this WMPA, with the condition that, notwithstanding such suspension, the Transmission System shall be left in a safe and reliable condition in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Transmission Provider’s safety and reliability criteria. Wholesale Market Participant’s notice of suspension shall include an estimated duration of the suspension period and other information related to the suspension. Pursuant to this section 3.1, Wholesale Market Participant may request one or more suspensions of work under this WMPA for a cumulative period of up to a maximum of three years. If, however, the suspension will result in a Material Modification as defined in Part I, Section 1.18A.02 of the Tariff, then such suspension period shall be no greater than one (1) year. If the Wholesale Market Participant suspends this WMPA pursuant to this Section 3.1 and has not provided written notice that it will exit such suspension on or before the expiration of the suspension period described herein, this WMPA shall be deemed terminated as of the end of such suspension period. The suspension time shall begin on the date the suspension is requested or on the date of the Wholesale Market Participant’s written notice of suspension to Transmission Provider, if no effective date was specified. All milestone dates stated in this Section 3.1 shall be deemed to be extended coextensively with any suspension period permitted pursuant to this provision.
ADDENDUM Notwithstanding any provisions of this Award Agreement to the contrary, to the extent you transfer employment outside of the United States, the Award shall be subject to any special terms and conditions as Tyson may need to establish to comply with local laws, rules, and regulations or to facilitate the operation and administration of the Award and the Plan in the country to which you transfer employment (or Tyson may establish alternative terms and conditions as may be necessary or advisable to accommodate your transfer). Any such terms and conditions shall be set forth in an Addendum prepared by Tyson which shall constitute part of this Award Agreement.
Contract Type OASIS SB is a family of Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts for Government-wide professional service based requirements which is available for use by all Federal agencies and other entities as listed in the current General Services Administration (GSA) Order, OGP 4800.2I, Eligibility to Use GSA Sources of Supply and Services. OASIS SB allows for all contract types at the task order level (e.g., Cost-Reimbursement (all types), Fixed-Price (all types), Time-and-Materials, and Labor-Hour). Task orders may also combine more than one contract type (e.g., FFP/Cost, FFP/Labor Hour etc.). Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items.
Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

Framework Agreement 4.1.2.1 The Parties shall enter into a Framework Agreement within 28 days after the Contractor receives the Letter of Acceptance, unless the Particular Conditions establish otherwise. The Framework Agreement shall be based upon FORM No. 3 – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT annexed to the Particular Conditions. The costs of stamp duties and similar charges (if any) imposed by law in connection with entry into the Framework Agreement shall be borne by the Procuring Entity.
