Costs for Exceptional Education. The Chartering Authority is financially responsible for child find including student identification and initial assessment expenses. Once a student has been determined eligible for special education services and has an individualized education program (IEP), all costs associated with providing educational services to students with disabilities are the responsibility of the Charter School. The Charter School shall bear the financial responsibility for reevaluations and the provision of all services consistent with IEP’s. The Charter School’s financial obligation begins once a student has an IEP.
