Litigation Costs If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement or to remedy its breach, the prevailing party in such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover its actual attorney's fees and other costs incurred in the action or proceeding, in addition to such other relief to which it may be entitled.
Costs of Collection In any dispute involving monies owed to Company, the Company shall be entitled to all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and interest at 15% per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, unless a lower amount is agreed to by Company.
Transaction Costs Borrower shall have paid or reimbursed Lender for all title insurance premiums, recording and filing fees or taxes, costs of environmental reports, Physical Conditions Reports, appraisals and other reports, the fees and costs of Lender's counsel and all other third party out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the origination of the Loan.
Termination Costs If a Party elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 2.3.1 above, the terminating Party shall pay all costs incurred (including any cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts for Attachment Facilities and equipment) or charges assessed by the other Parties, as of the date of the other Parties’ receipt of such notice of termination, that are the responsibility of the terminating Party under this Agreement. In the event of termination by a Party, all Parties shall use commercially Reasonable Efforts to mitigate the costs, damages and charges arising as a consequence of termination. Collection Costs In the event collection efforts are required to obtain payment on this Account, to the extent permitted by law, You agree to pay all court costs, private process server fees, investigation fees or other costs incurred in collection and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in the course of collecting any amounts owed under this Agreement or in the recovery of any Collateral.
Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.
Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. Special Expenses When prior approval has been granted by an Appointing Authority, special expenses, such as registration or conference fees and banquet tickets, incurred as a result of State business, shall also be reimbursed.
FUNERAL EXPENSES The City shall expend a sum of money not to exceed $30,000 for funeral expenses to the heirs of any Unit member who dies while on active duty from injuries incurred while performing his/her job or who dies as a direct cause of such injuries. This amount includes any amount already available for this purpose in accordance with California State Labor Code Section 4701.
Incidental Expenses Except as expressly provided in an applicable Work Order, those expenses that Contractor incurs in performing the Services (e.g., travel and lodging, document reproduction and shipping, and long distance telephone) shall be included in Contractor’s rates. Accordingly, Contractor’s expenses are not separately reimbursable by LAUSD unless, on a case-by-case basis, LAUSD has agreed in advance and in writing to reimburse Contractor for particular expenses.
