COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Each Party shall pay the costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with the entering into and completion of this Agreement.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Except as specified otherwise elsewhere in this Agreement, each Participant is expected to meet all its own costs arising through its participation in this Agreement.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Each Party shall pay its own costs incurred by it to its attorneys and other professional advisers for the preparation and signing of this Agreement and its Appendices.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 9.1. Each Party shall pay its own costs in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and performance of this Agreement.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 42.1 The Parties shall bear equally costs relating to the preparation, negotiation and completion of this Agreement.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Each Party must pay its own costs and disbursements in connection with the negotiations, preparation and execution of this Agreement, and these costs are not recoverable as Actual Cost.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 7.1 Upon completion of this Agreement the Owner covenants to pay to the City Council its reasonable and proper legal costs in a sum not to exceed NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS (£9,500.00) (no VAT) in connection with the preparation, negotiation and completion of this Agreement.
7.2 The Owner covenants that prior to the Commencement Date the Owner will pay to the City Council a contribution of FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS (£5,000.00) (no VAT) towards the City Council's reasonable and proper administration costs of monitoring the performance of the planning obligations that the Owner is required to observe and perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
7.3 Upon completion of this Agreement the Owner covenants to pay to the County Council its reasonable and proper legal costs in connection with the negotiation and completion of this Agreement.
7.4 To pay to the County Council the County Council Monitoring Fee prior to the Commencement Date.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1. The costs of the legal advisor with regard to the drafting of this Agreement will be borne by the Principal.
COSTS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 45.1. Each party will pay their own legal, accounting and other costs in relation to this Agreement.
45.2. You must pay our reasonable costs and expenses relating to: (a). any amendments or negotiations to this Agreement;
