Costs Paid for by Others. Grantee may not use any of the Grant to pay internal costs charged to the Project by Grantee or by Related Parties or to repay the interest owed for any interim financing for the Project. Grantee may not use any of the Grant to repay the principal owed on interim financing for the Project without the prior written consent of DAS.
