Estimated Project Cost. A reasonable estimate of the Costs of the Project is shown in Section 1, and the Project is fully funded.
Estimated Project Cost. A. The Bureau of Reclamation has estimated the final cost of the Project as of March 29, 2019, based on the Consensus Design Concept, is $406 million.
B. The United States, the Pueblos and the County agree that the $406 million Project cost is the best estimate available and all parties will work together to construct the Project within the limits of this cost estimate.
Estimated Project Cost. A. As of the date of this Agreement, the estimated cost of construction and engineering services for the Improvements covered by this Agreement, exclusive of the cost of right- of-way or easement acquisition, is Two Million Four Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Two hundred and Seventy-Eight Dollars and zero cents ($2,485,278).
B. The cost of making the Improvements shall include:
(1) Labor and material used in making the Improvements; and
(2) Such other expenses which are necessary in making the Improvements, exclusive of the cost of acquiring real property and any improvement thereon for the location of the Improvements. These expenses include engineering survey, design, bidding, construction services, and material testing.
C. Pursuant to the CARS Agreement, the Parties anticipate receipt of County CARS funding in the maximum amount of One Million Two Hundred Eighty Three Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,283,000.00), currently estimated at One Million One Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and 00/100 Dollars ($1,156,339.00) to help pay a portion of the cost of the Improvements. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event such funding is not made available for the Improvements, then either Roeland Park, Fairway, or Westwood may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other Parties.
D. The remaining cost of making the said Improvements shall be distributed among the Parties as follows:
(1) Roeland Park shall pay for the quantities constructed in the City of Roeland Park, (the “Roeland Park Share”) of the local share balance of said Improvements, estimated as of the date of this Agreement to be $748,954.55 after County CARS expenditures settled.
(2) Westwood shall pay for the quantities constructed in the City of Westwood, (the “Westwood Share”) of the local share balance of said Improvements, estimated as of the date of this Agreement to be $570,129.27 after County CARS expenditures settled.
(3) Fairway shall pay for the quantities constructed in the City of Fairway, (the “Fairway Share”) of the local share balance of said Improvements, estimated as of the date of this Agreement to be $24,989.37 after County CARS expenditures settled.
(4) Each Party shall pay the cost of financing and/or bonding its share of the project cost.

Estimated Project Cost. Design and construction of the Baseline Project is currently estimated to cost a total of $37,180,000 (“Estimated Project Cost”). The Estimated Project Cost includes the cost the cost of design and construction itself, the cost of additional right-of-way acquisitions, professional services, and unallocated contingency. Those cost categories are set forth more fully in the XXXXX XX Xxxxx. Such figure is only an estimate. The actual cost to design and construct the Baseline Project (the “Actual Project Cost”) may turn out to be either more or less than the Estimated Project Cost.

Estimated Project Cost. The Estimated Project Cost (the “Estimated Project Cost”) is Rs. 8,749 crores (Rupees Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Nine Crores).
Estimated Project Cost. The parties acknowledge and agree that the County Stormwater Management Program has established an estimated total design cost of the Project of One Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Five Dollars ($169,945) based upon engineering and design assumptions that the Preliminary Study may or may not confirm. The parties shall, upon the completion of the Preliminary Study, analyze and consider the proposed scope and conceptual design of the Project as set forth in the Preliminary Study. If the parties cannot agree upon the scope or conceptual design of the Project, then either party may terminate this agreement upon fifteen days notice to the other. Upon such termination, the City shall be reimbursed by the County for costs and expenses incurred in connection with the Preliminary Study subject to the limitations set forth in the Policy and Procedures and in this agreement.
