Use of Financial Assistance. You acknowledge that the Financial Assistance provided to you under the MSFAA-Canada is for the purpose of providing necessities for your education and maintenance.

Use of Financial Assistance. LPHA may use the financial assistance disbursed to LPHA under this Agreement solely to cover actual Allowable Costs reasonably and necessarily incurred to implement Program Elements during the term of this Agreement. LPHA may not expend financial assistance provided to LPHA under this Agreement for a particular Program Element (as reflected in the Financial Assistance Award) on the implementation of any other Program Element.
Use of Financial Assistance. The financial assistance is provided for the public purpose of protecting the public health, safety, welfare and the environment.
