Common use of Cotton Classification Clause in Contracts

Cotton Classification. A. Official Cotton Standards of the United States The official cotton standards, established and promulgated under the United States Cotton Standards Act are hereby adopted as the official cotton standards for the purposes of the USWA and 7 CFR Part 735. B. Access to the Cotton Standards The Warehouse Operator and each licensed classifier will maintain, or have access to, a set of the official cotton standards of the United States, or such parts thereof as DACO may deem necessary for use in the locality in which the licensed warehouse is located.
