Counselor Workload Stipends. 22 To address Counselor workload, Counselors will receive a stipend each school year based on the chart 23 below. Stipends will be paid based on the official enrollment counts on October 1 divided by the total 24 counseling FTE. Counselors with a split assignment working at different levels shall receive a prorated 25 stipend by FTE/Student workload at each level.
