COUNTERPART EXECUTION: ELECTRONIC DELIVERY. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument. Executed counterparts of this Agreement may be delivered by PDF email or electronic facsimile transmission, and shall have the same legal effect as an “ink-signed” original.

It shall be fully executed when each Party whose signature is required has signed at least one counterpart even though no one counterpart contains the signatures of all the Parties. Executed counterparts of this Agreement may be delivered by facsimile, email or other electronics transmission with the same force and effect as if originals had been delivered to the Parties. At the request of any Party, all Parties shall promptly execute and deliver to the Parties multiple originals sufficient for each Party to possess two fully executed originals of this Agreement.
COUNTERPART EXECUTION: ELECTRONIC DELIVERY. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts with the same effect as if all of the Members had signed the same document. All counterparts shall be construed together and shall constitute one agreement. Facsimile and PDF copies of signatures to this Agreement (including copies received as attachments to electronic mail) shall be deemed to be originals and may be relied upon with the same force and effect as originals.
