Common use of Counterpart; Facsimile Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterpart; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Agreement, and any of the other agreements, documents and instruments contemplated hereby, by facsimile transmission shall be as effective as delivery of a manually signed counterpart hereof or thereof.
