Counterparts and Copies. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterpart copies which, read together, will constitute one and the same document. Any facsimile copy of this agreement or copy of this agreement sent via email in PDF format (including any facsimile copy or copy sent via email in PDF format, of any document evidencing either party's signature of this agreement) may be relied upon by the other party as if it were an original copy. This Agreement may be entered into on the basis of an exchange of such facsimile or PDF copies.
