Counterparts; PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in any number of identical counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original, and all of which together will be deemed to be one and the same instrument when each party has signed and delivered one such counterpart to the other party. PDF copy signatures shall be treated as original signatures for all purposes.
