Counterparts; PDF Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall, when taken together, constitute a single document. The parties agree that they may rely on the facsimile or electronic signature of any party with respect to this Agreement or any waiver, amendment, supplement or consent relating thereto, with the same effect as if such signature was an original.
