Common use of Counting SCS Participation Clause in Contracts

Counting SCS Participation. The County will only count the participation of Certified SCS Firms towards the percent requirement in Section 1, Agreement Summary that perform a commercially useful function according to custom and practice in the industry. A commercially useful function is defined as a specific Scope of Work the SCS has the management and technical expertise to perform using its own workforce and resources.
