Common use of County Project Director Clause in Contracts

County Project Director. The responsibilities of County Project Director may include: ▪ ensuring that the objectives of this Master Agreement are met, and ▪ providing direction to Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements.

County Project Director. The responsibilities of County Project Director may include: ▪ ensuring : 6.1.1 Ensuring that the objectives of this Master Agreement are met, and ▪ providing : and 6.1.2 Providing direction to Contractor in the areas relating to County policy, information requirements, requirements and procedural requirements; however, in no event, shall Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Master Agreement be relieved, excused or limited thereby.
