Common use of County Project Director Clause in Contracts

County Project Director. The role of the County Project Director may include: 6.2.1 Coordinating with Contractor and ensuring Contractor’s performance of this Contract; however, in no event will Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby; and 6.2.2 Upon request of the Contractor, providing direction to the Contractor, as appropriate in areas relating to County policy, information requirements, and procedural requirements; however, in no event, will Contractor’s obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of this Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby.
