County Public School. All public schools now existing or established in the future which lie wholly within the legally established boundaries for the County of Sumter. Emergency - Any situation which is not routine or generally anticipated. A supervisor may direct an employee to continue working past normal working hours until the emergency is under control. Arrangements shall be made for compensatory time or overtime pay at the time the employee is directed to work overtime.
