Legally established boundaries definition

Legally established boundaries means the boundaries of a district as estab- lished at the time of creation of the district and as the boundaries may have changed af- ter creation of the district by an inclusion, exclusion or merger proceeding according to state law.   • Technically Evaluated Entity means the company which has been evaluated for the satisfaction of the technical requirement set forth in Clause 2.1.2 hereof;
