County’s Rights upon Termination. Upon termination for breach under this Article 28 6, the County may demand repayment by the Contractor of any monies disbursed to the 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 1 Contractor under this Agreement that, in the County’s sole judgment, were not expended in 2 compliance with this Agreement.
